本アプリは、お客様を識別する情報を当社が取得しない設計になっています。ユーザー登録やログインの機能はありません。ゲームの進捗や設定は、お客様の端末の中だけで処理されます。
当社がお客様から直接取得する情報はありません。アクセス解析の機能は搭載していません。ただし、後述のとおり、広告の配信のために広告事業者へ一部の情報が送信されます。
ゲームの進捗、クリア状況、各種設定、購入状態、および作成した自作パズルは、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、運営費用にあてるため Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告の配信にあたり、Google に対して広告識別子、IP アドレス、端末の種類やおおよその地域といった情報が送信されます。これらは Google がそのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて取り扱うもので、当社が内容を取得・保有することはありません。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスのお客様に対しては、Google の同意管理ツールを用いて、広告の表示および識別子の使用に関する同意をお伺いします。同意された場合は興味に基づく広告が、同意されない場合はパーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます（いずれの場合も本アプリのすべての機能をご利用いただけます）。同意はいつでも、本アプリの［オプション］→［プライバシー設定］から変更できます。
iOS では、上記に加えてアプリの起動時にトラッキングの許可を求めます。許可しない場合、広告はパーソナライズされません。許可は iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から変更できます。
将来、広告収益の最適化のため他の広告ネットワークを追加する場合があります。その際は本ポリシーを更新します。Google の広告における情報の取り扱いについては、次をご覧ください。
「プレミアム」などの購入は、Apple App Store または Google Play を通じて処理されます。クレジットカード番号などの決済情報は Apple / Google が取り扱い、当社が受け取るのは購入完了の事実のみです。当社が決済情報を保持することはありません。
本アプリには、お客様がご自身でパズルを作成し、「共有コード」（SKT1… で始まる文字列）として他の方と共有できる機能があります。共有コードはお客様の端末内で生成され、共有するかどうか、誰に共有するかはお客様がお決めになります。当社が共有コードやパズルの内容を取得・保存・送信することはありません。
前記の広告配信を除き、当社がお客様の情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。当社はお客様の情報を取得していないため、提供すべき情報を保有していません。
広告事業者（Google 等）の利用に伴い、お客様の情報が EEA 域外を含む国で処理されることがあります。これらの移転は、標準契約条項などの適切な保護措置のもとで行われます。
アプリ内で行った設定・進捗・自作パズルは端末内に保存されます。本アプリを端末から削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。
本アプリは 13 歳未満（またはお住まいの国で定められる年齢）の子どもを対象としていません。広告が表示されるため、お子様がご利用になる場合は、保護者の方の管理のもとでのご利用をおすすめします。
お住まいの国の法律（GDPR を含む）に基づき、お客様はご自身の個人データについて、アクセス・訂正・削除・処理の制限・異議申立て・データポータビリティ・同意の撤回を求める権利を有する場合があります。また、監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利があります。ただし、当社はお客様を識別する情報を保有していないため、これらのご請求にお応えできる情報がない場合があります。広告に関する同意は、本アプリの［オプション］→［プライバシー設定］から変更できます。
法令の改正やアプリの機能変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページにてお知らせします。

This app is designed so that we do not collect information that identifies you. There is no sign-up and no login. Your game progress and settings are processed only on your device.
We collect no information from you directly. The app contains no analytics. However, as described below, some information is sent to the advertising provider to deliver ads.
Game progress, clear status, settings, purchase state and any custom puzzles you create are stored only on your device. They are never sent to our servers.
The app displays advertising through Google AdMob to cover running costs. To deliver ads, information such as the advertising identifier, IP address, device type and approximate region is sent to Google. Google handles this under its own privacy policy; we do not receive or retain it.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK and Switzerland, we use Google's consent management tool to ask for consent to show ads and use identifiers. If you consent, you may see interest-based ads; if you do not, non-personalized ads are shown. All features of the app remain available either way. You can change your choice at any time via Options → Privacy settings in the app.
On iOS, the app also asks for tracking permission at launch. If you decline, ads are not personalized. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
We may add other ad networks in the future to optimize ad revenue; if we do, we will update this policy. For how Google handles information in advertising, see:
Purchases such as "Premium" are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Apple / Google; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was made and never store payment information.
The app lets you create your own puzzles and share them with others as a "share code" (a string beginning with SKT1…). Share codes are generated on your device, and whether and with whom you share them is your choice. We do not collect, store or transmit share codes or puzzle content.
Apart from the ad delivery described above, we do not provide your information to third parties. Because we do not collect your information, we hold nothing to disclose.
Through the use of advertising providers (such as Google), your information may be processed in countries outside the EEA. Such transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Settings, progress and custom puzzles are stored on your device. Deleting the app from your device also deletes this information.
This app is not directed to children under 13 (or the age set by your country's law). Because advertising is shown, we recommend parental supervision if a child uses the app.
Depending on your country's law (including the GDPR), you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. However, because we do not hold information that identifies you, we may have no information with which to respond to such requests. You can change your advertising consent via Options → Privacy settings in the app.
We may revise this policy in response to changes in law or in the app. If we make significant changes, we will announce them on this page.
